Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they can be shipped. For custom or wholesale orders I will set up a separate listing so please contact me if you would like to buy wholesale or have a specific request not already listed in the shop!
We do offer payment plans when applicable. Contact me directly to set up a payment plan.

Repairs
My jewelry is handmade with attention and care, however in the event of a piece requiring repair within 30 days of purchase I do offer one free repair. After 30 days this is on a case-by-case basis. Please email me before sending a piece back for repair. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Domestic Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of my products, please allow 4-6 weeks for an item to ship.
For domestic shipping within the United States you may choose USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 days) with a tracking number. You may track your package through the number posted in your order receipt.
Please contact me to upgrade to a faster shipping option for an additional fee.

International Shipping
I ship all international packages using US Postal Service First Class Mail with insurance (this is standard mail). The tracking number that will be provided will only show your package as it moves through the US postal system. Once it leaves the country (usually shown on the tracking number as a vague NY address), the tracking number will stop updating. - Please be aware that customs in your country could require you to pay a fee before they deliver your package. I am not aware of the laws from one country to the next, and I will not be responsible for those charges. I will not pay for VAT charges, and if you refuse to pay for the fees associated with your shipment and it is returned to me, I will refund your order MINUS the 15% restocking fee and shipping charge. **PLEASE ALLOW 4 - 6 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY** This shipping estimate is in addition to the time it takes me to make your jewelry, please look closely at the expected ship dates and add 4 - 6 weeks to that.

Returns & Exchanges
Please contact me with any questions prior to purchasing to avoid returns. Shipping will not be refunded for returns.
Due to it’s custom nature, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on keepsake jewelry.
I will gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-keepsake items as long as I am notified via email within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied on all returns (excluding sale and custom which are final sale). I will absolutely not accept returns on pieces that have been worn. They must be in new unworn condition.
If you would prefer to exchange your piece, you will be able to apply the full value of your purchase to the new piece. Shipping fees are not applicable.
All sale items and custom orders are final sale and refunds will not be accommodated.

Privacy
I never use any of your information for anything. If you choose to join my newsletter you will receive a few emails per year and that’s all, pinky promise!
